How to cancel my subscription
We're sorry that Hyud didn't meet your expectations, and we want to ensure you can leave easily if you choose to.
If you're experiencing any issues with Hyud, please consider reaching out to our support team first. We're here to help and may be able to resolve your concerns.
Important: Uninstalling the Hyud app from your device will NOT automatically cancel your subscription.
Canceling an App Store subscription (iOS)
To cancel your subscription through the App Store:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap on your name at the top of the screen
- Tap on "Subscriptions"
- Select "Hyud"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
Please note that cancellations can take up to 24 hours to cess through Apple's systems. Make sure to cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Note: Hyud does not have control over subscription cancellations for purchases made through the App Store. App Store billing and subscription management must be handled directly through Apple's billing support.

Canceling a website subscription (Stripe)
If you purchased your subscription through our website, you can manage it through the Stripe customer portal:
- Visit the Stripe portal
- Enter the email address you used to purchase your subscription
- Check your email for the login link from Stripe
- Click the link to access your subscription dashboard
- Find your Hyud subscription and click "Cancel subscription"
Purchase policy
Website license purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable once purchased or subscribed. Use the 48-hour free trial to test Hyudbefore choosing a paid plan. If you have a billing issue, contact our support team at support@hyud.app.
