iOS purchase policy

Use the free trial first

Hyud for iOS includes a 3-day free trial. Use the trial to confirm the app fits your needs before starting a paid subscription or lifetime purchase.

App Store refund review

When you buy inside the iOS app, the transaction is managed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy and review process. Hyud cannot approve or process App Store refunds directly.

To request Apple's review, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not reverse previous charges.

Manage or cancel a subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Hyud"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Make sure to cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
