Get a refund for an iOS purchase
Why Apple processes these refunds
When you buy inside the iOS app, the transaction is managed by Apple. That includes renewals, payment handling, and refund decisions. Since App Store billing data is not fully shared with us, Hyud cannot directly issue refunds for those purchases.
How to file a refund request
- Open reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Choose "Request a refund"
- Select a reason and continue
- Pick Hyud from your purchases and submit
Approval depends on your eligibility and local consumer laws, which can vary by country.
If Apple says no
Denials usually mean Apple determined the purchase did not meet its refund rules. Typical causes include:
- The request was sent after the allowed refund period
- Multiple prior refund requests on the same account
- The transaction was already refunded earlier
- Other eligibility checks were not met
